It should say it cost money up front. I get so tired of these things you install just immediately for it to be you have to give it a credit card and you only get a 3-day free trial and then it's going to automatically start charging you. Play store needs to put a dollar sign symbol next to apps that are not free with ads because this one isn't

This app is pretty awesome, although I guess I'd have to blame whomever controls the encryption. No longer able to get onto the actual Police Scanner. Unfortunately, the band I used to be able to creep on thru this app is no longer "online." That was the whole reason I used this app, as I am a delivery driver in a less than desirable area. That was during COVID, and I was able to avoid so many blocks while on my deliveries. 🤷♀️ Not any more. Still useful, tho.

recently within last few months they have added video ads that play one after another after another over top of the scanner audio thats also louder than the scanner audio so you cant hear it. when one video ends it plays another, then another. completely ruins the experience. sure, have ads, no problem. but this? excessive as he'll. gfys....only found 2 methods to avoid this. if you dont want to hear ads, dont actively view the channel you are listening to or you'll be bombarded by endless video
