Generally, the app is really good and I really like using it a lot, but for a few days now, it's been bugging out. Whenever I try to send money, it crushes and automatically stops, when about to input the receiver's number. Not only that. I can't but airtime with the app anymore. I'd like to know if it's a bug or there's something I need to do. Thank you

App was working fine until 2.7.7 update. I can't process transactions. It just closes anytime I try to make transactions. I've cleared cache, cleared app data, restarted the phone, enabled notifications for the app, inserted my sim in a new phone, and finally uninstalled and reinstalled but I can't get verified with my own number but when I insert a different mtn number, the verification goes through. What is the problem?

I'm disappointed because mtn haven't been able to resolve this issue I have with this particular app. I changed my phone and downloaded this app on the new phone, there it asked for an approval from my primary device. I tried everything yet mtn couldn't solve this. it's making my transitions difficult. Before it was smooth but now it's not.
