"One of the worst apps I've ever used for money transfer. I sent money to my home country account through this app, and even after 24 hours, it hasn’t been credited. When I tried contacting their customer care, all they kept saying was, 'Sorry for the delay, it will be credited,' with no proper explanation or resolution. If you need to send money instantly, avoid using this app. Very disappointing experience."

Terrible experience. My money was taken instantly, but nothing showed up in my account. It’s been 5 days and they still haven’t fixed it. Zero replies, zero support. This platform feels like a complete scam. I’ve sent all details and they just ignore everything. I’m now considering legal action. Absolutely the worst service — I’ll never use or recommend this app.

Overseas transactions are delayed frequently in Aspora nowadays. The support from the app is very pathetic. In the in-app support chat, it takes 1-2 hours to get the reply from the agent.. In the case of failed transactions, money will not get refunded immediately. The customer has to connect to the agent and request them, and then it will be credited in 2 - 3 days according to them. We can not trust this app, in case we need money immediately in overseas account, go for other options.
