Love this app for travel but there's one thing that makes it very annoying to use sometimes. The GPS is finicky; it can't tell when you're at a station depending on what entrance/exit you use. I've missed trains I could have caught because the app thinks I'm not at the station or not moving fast enough to get there, so it stops showing the soonest departure (which makes me slow down thinking it's delayed). MTA stops are big, widen the radius of the stations so the app knows we're here.

my favorite transit app by far!! immediately subscribed, $25 a year is great but free version works the same. I encountered an issue today where I noticed during GO trip on a subterranean heavy rail (LA Metro B Line) the app consistently thought I was much further ahead on the trip than I actually was. I worry that it reduced the efficiency of how helpful my data was, but I've literally never had any other issues. EVERYONE SHOULD BE USING THIS IF YOU'RE TRYING TO GET SOMEWHERE WITHOUT A CAR!

I really loved this app until the most recent update, which completely changed the ui and some of the functions. With the new update, it's harder for me to tell which bus I am taking and when it will arrive. While I'm on the bus, the app no longer shows me all the stops on the route. It does not show me the full route on screen, and it keeps zooming in to the bus no matter what I do, so I cannot see how close I am to my destination. The notifications now alert me after my stop and not before it.

What's new
Halloween is over. The baseball diamonds have emptied. But the season of sleigh bells is not yet upon us. Time to bask in the wonderment of GOvember, a middle month for raking leaves and plowing through the leaderboards on your local buses and trains. Haven’t used GO in a while? It’s a good time to start…
Also: want to pass a Google Maps location into Transit? No more copy-paste kerfuffles. Tap “Share” on any location, select “Transit”, and we’ll pull up some trip plans (thanks to Vincent! ;)
