Very bad for reselling. Even though I have brand authorization approved in my qualification center, they still give me counterfeit violations and deactivated my shop for no reason, even after I successfully appealed the violation. The customer service is not good at all. Amazon is much better ā their customer service is far more responsive, unlike TikTok Shop, where I created a ticket and have been waiting for over two months without any reply.

Current return and refund system will always approve buyer's refund request, no matter how absurd or small the reason is. Everything is managed by system and its decision will always lean towards the buyer, so when problem arises during delivery, seller will always be at massive disadvantage. It's a drastic downgrade from tokopedia seller. Please fix this mess of an app.

This app deserves to be rated 1 star. Itās such a struggle when your item automatically gets marked as scrap, and then they ask you for a video proving the item came from you, even though that requirement isnāt stated anywhere in their shipping guidelines. Their service is terrible when it comes to this issue, and youāre the one who ends up losing.
