My issue is with the app. I can use it fine and then out of the blue, my fingerprint will state there is an "unexpected error" I try to sign in with user name and password and it always says to check them again. So I figure I have my password wrong and click to change it. I put in my email and last 4 of ssn as requested and it always tell me to call to authenticate my account. An account I have had for over a year now. So I have no idea what is going on with my accounts.

very misleading... yes they "helped" fix our credit issues and helped reduce our debt.... however I've paid off more of the accounts myself than they helped with. I also had an agreed upon deposit amount and then even though there were less acounts after I paid some of them off they still needed more money each month as the offers came in because their "math" showed there wouldn't be enough funds available for pay out each month... then they took their fee right away instead of at the end .

Since my original phone call to get information, then to signing up, to now, they have been nothing but pleasant. The enrollment process was easy, he walked me thru every step and answered all my questions. This IS NOT a quick fix to get rid of your debt or to quickly improve your credit score. It does take time in the beginning to get your creditors on board but the company deals with them and takes care of everything. You just make your payments and slowly but surely your accounts are paid off
