I was sent tickets. Their system stated I declined them. There is not a declination confirmation on the mobile app asking you to confirmed if you want to declined the tickets. it's a flawed system. the worst part is there is no one to contact about the issue. you send a message or an email ans they will get back to you in a couple of day. I would like to know how many other people have had this issue, there may be a class action suit for damages based on the monetary loss.

Regarding selling: i listed my tickets and they didn't sell for a few days. I had a friend who would use them. So, I was able to delist them. however, I'm unable to transfer them or receive them back. the chat help feature is "unavailable" and the phone number is unpublished, but if you find it, they answer and tell you to use the chat feature. recommend avoid using.

The phone app is very limited in its features for trying to sell tickets and making adjustments to the selling price. Specifically, you cannot use your phone to make price adjustments to an active listing and you can do things like turn on and off the "Smart" flexible pricing options. So you have to switch to the desktop version on your computer to make most adjustments to the sale price. Very disappointing -- I would give zero stars if I had that option.
