L60 vacuum: I don't like the Eufy map as much as I liked the Shark map. I have a multi-level home, and I haven't yet found a way to map another level, and it's not as easy to label/map rooms in Eufy as it is in Shark. L60 cleans ok when it works, but doesn't seem to want to go over the living room floor again after I move the ottoman. Nearly every time I want to clean the app has lost connection with the robot. Troubleshooting doesn't help, just have to wait it out for days to sort itself out.

not happy with recent update. I was asked to install it, chose not to right away, but apparently it installed itself, wiping out my map. fortunately it maps very quickly and had experience dividing the rooms etc. got it going but it soon hung up on a piece of furniture. no problem. restarted, it said resume, but its recent history was gone. Also, the app needs to notify users instead of letting the machine announce problems, which I often don't hear because I don't follow it around.

This app used to work well. Not anymore. Lost settings and deleted maps are now standard. The only part of this app that works reliably is the 'buy more stuff' advertising. Every other app on my phone works as expected. You shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall, delete app data, and clear the cache to vacuum! In 2025, there's no excuse for such poor software to be developed much less forced onto customers with inadequate testing. Anker has the resources to do better. They choose not to.
