This is one of the worst apps I've ever been forced to use. Whoever programmed this app needs to go back into the code and fix the bugs. This app only works sufficiently with apple products, and is nearly useless for Android/Samsung users. It takes at least 3 tries to connect to a machine, all while claiming there is no Internet or no Bluetooth connection. If I wasn't forced to use this app within my apartment complex, I absolutely would NOT use it.

app sucks!! worked ok for about a year or so... then took about five tries to get it to work each time after that. customer service is a joke! Can't understand what they say! Just use quarters!!!..... update... uninstalled and reinstalled three times like they suggested I do, won't load, tried it three times, totally pissed off! LOST ALL MY CREDITS! calling customer service one more time see what happens if they give me my credits back! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY MONEY!!

This app takes, on average, 6-8 attempts to start my laundry. With this happening on both machines, the app needing to rescan every time, the connection timeout being about 30 seconds long, e.t.c e.t.c e.t.c, the longest part of doing my laundry is trying to get this app to cooperate. It's a wonder I've only ever been double-charged once so far.
