Permissions needed for RightTrack users

● RightTrack uses foreground services to enhance user safety, ensure accurate trip recording, and provide valuable feedback to the user regarding their driving behavior. It's essential for detecting when you start a drive and to accurately log the route taken, driving behavior, and other relevant metrics.
● The service is activated when you begin driving. This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity.
● RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

The app will guarantee you don't get a perfect score on Right Track. It will randomly give you "events" saying you accelerated too quickly or slammed on your brakes. If you contact them about it, they basically say they don't care. Every time my score got close to excellent, we would get random events to bring our score down.

I can't log in the app using my Samsung phone. The app has a continuous loop of asking me to log in and verifying. I gave up. Fix your app. Get rid of multiple layers of security. It is an insurance app, not a bank account. No need for this. Especially if it doesn't work. Also, I can't make any coverage or billing changes with the app. So basically useless.

This app will track EVERYTHING. If you put your phone in your pocket, it will count as a "drive". One "drive" at night gives puts you in the yellow. And they pretend they don't know of the app being that sensitive, although I have read the complaints about its inaccuracy. And instead of them trying to fix it, they will just try to convince you to keep it for the whole 90 days. I have already received a notification that there will be a bill increase; I'm only at 60 days. No explanation.
