DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS. My company is in the massive headache of removing every single solaredge inverter we installed. over 4,000. Why? because this company since 2019 has turned to straight trash. All of their previous products have failed and now they are switching to hubs, which will require extra cost for the customer as the conduit doesn't fit. you will not get a clear speaker on the phone. next to enphase, this is the worst product. DO NOT INSTALL if you care about your customers.

buggy doesn't show layout,Doesnt show multiple types of panels only the one selected if you have given upgrades show both. I prefer the setup app to this because I might need both apps to check the site. its slow for monitoring compared to the monitoring app . doesn't update. It finally shows the installed optimizers and equipment and how its connected to the internet but doesn't show what pseries are which panel with multiple optimizers on a system. new update sucks no one asked for layers

The old app is much better. You have to navigate through three or four menus to get to the basic info that would come up automatically in the old app. The graphs are difficult to read compared to the way they were before. They also don't support the old app so you're forced to use this one. Very poorly designed. 1. I found it simple enough but it was needless tedious to navigate. 2. My old app literally told me to upgrade to this one. Bad app, bad designer
