After weeks of dealing with an "activation error", I was finally able to get the app working. But now it won't let me delete voicemails. I get dozens of spam voicemails every day, and when I try to delete them to avoid my inbox filling up I get "refresh failed" which doesn't even make sense. Terrible app through and through.

Much easier to use than having to call and go through the automated system which is too time consuming when you have to wait and listen to multiple options that are unnecessary. Oh! And God forbid you mistakenly hit an incorrect number on the number pad and end up back at the beginning. Where you have to go through every option from the beginning ALL over again.

My visual voicemail is a great concept. Nobody likes sitting and listening to each and every voicemail you get on your phone, well some people do, but I do not. It's easier to sit down and read them. However, lately my phone's been having problems with the app being able able to upload my voicemails to me. It only works sometimes. And I've had this app forever and just now started experiencing issues with getting all my messages.
